Eyva is an AI travel companion currently in development. The Website provides information about Eyva and allows you to request early access through a waitlist. Eyva is not yet publicly available and features described on the Website are subject to change.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Eyva
• Waitlist position is indicative and may change based on referral activity and other factors
• We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our discretion
• Referral benefits (priority invitation, founding pricing, founding circle) are subject to terms that will be shared upon invitation

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate waitlist position through fraudulent signups or automated submissions
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the operation of the Website

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Eyva and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
